研究成果

基于低温超高真空扫描探针显微镜,发展原子操控微纳结构制造技术,在面向新型纳电子器件的低维同/异质结构筑及其电子态研究方面取得了原创性的科研成果,在电子信息器件方面具有重要应用潜力。近五年来,在包括Nat. Electron., Nat. Commun., JACS, ACS Nano, Nano Lett.等国际顶级期刊共计发表高水平学术论文30余篇其中以第一作者发表高质量学术论文10篇。作为项目负责人,获批科研基金项目4项,包括国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助(站中)项目及中国博士后国际交流计划引进项目,并参与数项国家自然科学基金委面上项目
